1、Unable to log in system or forget account password?

Forget the password on the inventory system landing page, fill in the enterprise email to send the verification code, enterprise wechat will notify you of the verification code received, enter the verification code and reset the password.

2、After applying for FBA retest, why does the profit rate remain unchanged?

After the retest of FBA, Amazon will ship the products with new orders, and the profit margin will be updated only after the FBA fee after the retest is paid at the time of delivery.

3、Why does Amazon page have no title?

First of all, no title does not mean no link or product listing disappear; Secondly, the title information of the Amazon page is all the product report data captured by api at night, and the result returned by it is there, if not, there is no. The system will grab it every night, and the Amazon report update itself will be delayed

4、What if the system fails to upload the new product?

You can view the failed upload products in the “Upload Failure reasons”, there will be a reason for the failure: it may be classification reasons or the lack of some important information. In this case, we need to go to the Amazon background to upload this product.

5、When will Amazon product images be updated? What are the rules of system fetching?

The system will update images every night. The update picture rules as follows:
a. A product that has been uploaded and created but does not have a picture
b. There are products whose pictures have been modified through the “Picture publishing System” in the last 7 days

6、How can I be compensated for my lost or damaged inventory?

In our system order page, our system will update the product data every day. Automatically capture inventory data that has been lost or damaged by Amazon. Sellers can apply for compensation from Amazon based on this data.

7、How to check product sales?

In our system, you can see “3/7/30” under “Sales Volume”. These three numbers represent the sales of the corresponding product on 3/7/30 days. You can accurately judge the sales of the product based on this data.

8、Why is the corresponding data of the system product page “inb ful res” inconsistent with Amazon product data?

a. First confirm whether the product is changed to fba.

b. Confirm that there is no warehouse removal operation by Amazon after delivery. If there is such operation, the data update time will be greatly delayed.

C.If the warehouse is not moved, it means that there is a delay in synchronizing data in our system

d. The seller can download the Inventory report in the Amazon. By contrast, the system obtains the fba inventory number at night and grabs the data from the Amazon inventory report, which is FBA Manage Inventory-Archived

9、What should I do if the page is garbled or fails to load?

Users can try to refresh the page more than once or try to log in again. Replace your Google or Firefox browser and check your Internet connection. If all else fails, contact us.

10、Why is the product profit rate abnormal or 0% displayed in the system?

The profit rate  in the system will be updated at 1am and 3pm.  The profit rate  shows two special conditions:

a、The system does not catch the product selling price, so the profit rate is not displayed.  The “selling price” shown above is only the price uploaded by the product, not the price calculated by the profit rate. At this time, the profit rate is 0, which does not affect the actual profit rate of the product.

b、Price change on the same day, because the system obtains the product price in the early morning, it may get the new price after the profit rate is updated, so in this case, the profit rate will be a little abnormal in the morning of the next day, and will be normal in the afternoon after the update;
